During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the dated state of the hotel. It was frustrating to find ants in the room and a lingering smell of damp in the bathroom. The service at the on-site restaurant was slow and the quality of food was disappointing, leaving a sour taste in what should have been a memorable holiday.

well, I thought I'd see luxury at this supposed Ramada, but I found broken glass on the floor and a mop that looked dirtier than my shoes! Can you even believe they charge for cleaning? also, the constant mess of bugs in the hallway was such a lovely ambiance, I almost penned a good review, but just couldn’t.

The steep location makes returning from excursions a hassle!!! Limited evening entertainment could leave you feeling bored!!! The lack of air conditioning in many apartments is simply unacceptable for the heat!!!

While the amenities looked fab, the towel rules felt more like a money grab than a luxury experience. We only got one towel change during our week-long stay, which was a bit disappointing for a supposed 4-star. Plus, no late check-outs despite the hotel not being full? Bummer!

The pool area was beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, offering both a lively atmosphere and a calm retreat with an adults-only section. The proximity of a mini-market made it extremely convenient for quick snacks and essentials. Though the dishes at the on-site restaurant could be more creative, my overall experience was very enjoyable.

I had an enjoyable stay! The pool area was fantastic and well-maintained, and the food at Zachary's impressed me with its variety. the pillows were too firm for my liking. I would stay here again.

The apartment was really lovely, featuring a comfortable sofa bed in the seating area. The terrace received plenty of sunshine throughout the day, equipped with sun loungers that made for perfect relaxation spots. The restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices, adding to our great experience.

The location is a bit uphill.
